lemme show you a before and after thingie: before:  after:  i used to weigh like 225Ibs back then (i was 215Ibs on the "before" pic there), but now i weigh a nice 185Ibs!! i lost frickin' 40Ibs!!!! it's fascinating what martial arts and citizen's military training can do for you! in high school, i have the most flexible legs in our taekwondo club. it's truly proven: exercise>slimming crap, body fat reduction gimmicks, and unnecessary exercise machines a bit of thanks to Intra, a nutritional supplement drink, and to various protein and energy bars for fillin' me up during training. all i can say is: exercise is THE way to burn off fats and calories, so DO THE MUSCLE!
