Well, Heidern is a charger...like Guile and Vega(m.bison i n the west).Charge moves.
But some of his moves are auto grabbers so it may look as if he's some sort of cross over to a grabbler.
But basicly he's just a charge character.
As for lucky and that Brian baboon.......those are a waste of cart space and should never have been made for KOF.
