Oh yeah- for trivia's sake: stopped skateboarding when I ran into a car going 25 MPH (me on skateboard going 25 MPH) and hit my head. Ever since then... well, I've been spamming the forums a lot more ;D
Wow that must have hurt!
I've seen a couple of bad skating accidents, Crag will tell ya about one of them. It involved a very fast and unstable longboard, a HUGE and steep hill, a friend, the concrete, and his head... then 6 weeks of being concussed after a week in hospital (no crash helmet). That was some messed up stuff, but thankfully he is ok now 
We already did matress skateboarding (with 4 skateboards under a matress) down that same hill where my friend had the accident, but we haven't done fire-matress-boarding. I have the distinct feeling that this could go very wrong if we don't take precautions
. There are actually some pics of the fireboarding Crag and a couple of friends did (where Stu got his leg burnt... different Stu though, not me
