OK, here are the control translations for the second tab on the config file:

Controls:
ショット(S) = Shoot
レイ(A) = Ray
ブレード(W) = Blade
ロックオンサイト右ロール® = Lock-on site - right
ロックオンサイト左ロール(L) = Lock-on site - left
リロード (E) = Reload
ダッシュ (D) = Dash
クレヅット © = Credits
スタート (S) = Start

Side:
Left side -> Button ID Left side -> DI*?* The key can be accessible by pressing the space bar button.

Change the numbers with the number buttons on your gamepad. IF you don't know the numbers just go to control panel and click on Game Controllers.
