New Gunstar Heroes?

I saw a pic at Game Addiction & the Gunstar Heroes, cart, manual & box are in great! shape which cost $26.50. I'll try EB.games online & maybe order Gunstar Heroes at a cheaper price or I can try to trade for it at Game Addition.  

Thanks for helping me out with your thoughts about what I should buy for a cheaper price.
