Yeah if their appeal fails, then they'd have to totally stop manufacture and sale of the PS2 in the USA totally, although I'm sure that something will be sorted out... I bet that company would make Sony pay them a shitload of money to get the injunction removed or something. Messed up stuff though, glad it's got nothing to do with the UK...
edit: just noiced... injunction against the use of the PS2? That mean people in the USA won't be allowed to use their PS2 anymore?
