When you say arcade searh engine, do you mean for finding arcades in a particular location? If so, I have no idea if such a thing exists... the only thing I can recommend is some sort of directory services site that gives you phone numbers and addresses. For example, yell.com does UK listings, so if I wanted to find something in the UK I could use that... maybe there is something like that where you live?
