Bought the game a few days ago and have been rather impressed with it so far. Not having a gt3 save game i had to start with just 10,000 and that went into putting what i could on my tiny little lupo that i got from one of the licences! But now after nearly snapping my pad in 2 (dam you special licence!!! 
) i have a rather tasty 834bhp skyline and a nissan fairlady z concept which will blow away quite a lot of the other cars.
Graphics wise i cant fault it, very smooth all round. But i do agree with you that they need to put damage into the next game.
Also when i played kaz on saturday he was left behind in a trail of dust!!! (sorry kaz jus thought i would point that out!)
