I heard capcom's lease on the license to use all things marvel expired shortly after MVC2 came out.
Also didn't capcom say it wasn't going to make more 2D fighting games anymore?
Finally, why would the only screenshot be a picture like that - on a TV. As apposed to some in game shots or something. Not to mention it has no media exposure. (the pic looks like some filters over the blue MVC2 intro...)
