I only played the arcade version once so it's hard for me to say, but I think they probably did downgrade it a little to make it run properly on the PS2. I can't remember the name of the system it runs on in the arcade, but I do know that it is basically upgraded PS2 hardware, so they've probably lowered the detail here and there, but unless you play in the arcade constantly it's probably hard to notice too much.
Goemon: funnily enough I was talking about Tekken Bowl with someone the other day, I really wish that was back in there because it is still one of the bets mini games Namco has ever put into a Tekken game. Using Jack on Tekken Bowl was the best ;D
Daaren: not yet - I got the software again and ripped a few tracks from DMC3, but I'll try Tekken 5 later... I'm sure I'll be able to.
