I changed the message I won Rurouni Kenshin auction 2 weeks ago. Finally got game here is mini review.
First off nice presentation cool anime cutscenes and good audio quality. Few game modes story and vs battle nothing else. The graphics were average for the time and pretty awful now
The gameplay is slow and characters have few moves. Sometimes buttons response is slow but overall not a real problem.
Key faq if you are not a Rurouni Kenshin fan you will give this game a 1/10
After an hour of play I got the hang of button lag and I can pull of moves with ease. On hard difficulty you will have a decent challeng best with a friend though.
Overall gameplay is pretty fun with a friend and button mashing will not get you anywhere. It reminds me of bushido blade iwth its slow pace and a couple of key swing will mean death.
The major problem with this game is it is based on season one so there are only 8 characters. If this game had all of the kyoto crew I would like it alot more.
So overall if you are a huge RK fan pick it up. You will have some fun with friends and you will enjoy pullng of Kenshin classic moves.
Overall: 6/10
