Anyone know about this game?

It's a sidescrolling shoot'em up where you are this guy who rides a dragon, and you can land and jump off the dragon. I've played it as a kid on arcade but haven't seen it since, can't remember it's name... I found a screenshot:

I'd be glad if anyone knows what game i'm talking about
