After the Beats of Rage, I thought it was only fair to post about the Really Gay Edition of Streets of Rage 3 too.
I stumbled upon this rom today and for a hack it works fine. It plays just like the original SOR3, except for the fact that the hero you picked is replaced with a fruity looking fellow ingame. A lot of your moves are disabled, so in the end you're better off with Axel.

Edit: I found out that this is in fact the first boss you fight in Bare Knuckle 3, the Jap version. The hackers ripped his sprite, made him playable, and changed the music here and there. So there you go. ;D
