For some reason i just can't get into kof 94-95. They remind me of SF 2 so much. That's not a bad thing but i just dig the unique gameplay of post 95 kofs.
I like 97 better than 98. It just had a certain feeling to it. To me it seemed like combos were easy to execute and chain. All KOF's after this seemed to have lost that chain ability
Maybe I am crazy but 97 was perfect for me. I hate KOF 03 because of no Kensou and cheap Duo Lon
I actually feel that combo's keep becoming easier and easier to string together with each new kof. Kof 2k3 probably being the quickest and most button mashy one of them all. Though i loved to finally see a change in the gameplay i understand why some peeps where disapointed.
