Couple of other things I should have mentioned 
1. Make sure that if you ever have to enter something into the banlist, NEVER put *.* in the banned IP list... if you do it will ban EVERYONE from the forum, including yourself, and you won't be able to get back in to fix it. Proboards will be able to help sort it out if it happens, but it will take a few days for you to get it sorted out probably. There is a code on SS Designs that stops people from being able to do this btw, so you might want to check it out
2. Be careful about who you appoint as mods and global mods, and in my opinion you should NOT appoint another admin unless you really need to. I'm sure Nishad will be fine as a mod (so this isn't directed at you
), but be careful as unless they know what they are doing they could mess up your forum pretty bad
