I think I love Mozart's Requiem in games the most. The many battles vs Wolfgang Krauser are memorized with that great stage and who would've thought MOZART would be utterly supreme in a boss fight. 
Requiem is also great in Onimusha 3. The dude you're fighting against is annoying, but because of the theme, it's worth playing for!
