i think it's appropriate to give our top 10 game bgm of all time rather than just for fighting games since in my case, 10 is too many fighting game bgms 
anyway, here's mine:
1. AoF team BGM - KOF 98 (AoF Todoh's theme remix)
2. Geese's theme - any game reminiscent of Fatal Futy 1's theme
3. Man with the Machine Gun - FFVIII
4. Kakyouin's theme - Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
5. Tragic Prince (Clock Tower theme) - Castlevania : SotN
6. Bloody Tears - Castlevania series
7. Metal Gear Solid 1's theme
8. Fatal Duel - GGX theme
9. Master Onion's rap - Parrapa the Rapper
10. Mission 5 theme - Metal Slug
