Number of systems sold means nothing. What's the use if you sell your console well below fabrication price, after which your buyers don't buy the games that come with it? I'd like to see more than just a market share. I'd like to see how many games ps2, xbox, gamecube etc owners buy on average for their system. I'd like to see what margin Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo etc have per sold game. I believe that, at one certain point, Sega had the biggest market share in console world. You do the math
