If it's gona damage my machine please tell me so I discontinue the use of that particular disc.

I'm not sure to be honest mate... I don't think it's a good idea to keep using it though. If you really do wanna do labels in future I suggest getting a proper labelling kit and using the adhesive cd labels you can buy. I don't like using them personally, but it is the best idea if you really must
