OMG, that name changes thingy in SF was is soooooooooo old.... anyway, That's right JJ, Capcom didnt want to get sued by the boxer, so thats it... 
so the Original names are:
JPN - US
Balrog - Vega (the clawed guy)
M.Bison - Balrog (the Boxer)
Vega - M.Bison (the Boss)
DO NOT GET CVS2-EO
well, if you a wimp, get it... it has an EASY OPERATION mode (like the begginer/easy mode in the MvsSF or MvsC1), for exaple, 2 rapid presses of high punch makes ryu do a hadoken... CHEAP...
the only thing GOOD about EO is that they have tweaked P-Groove, its now alike the SF3 system, it has Super Canceling and stuff...
but i'd Stick to the normal CVS2
