At the moment I am playing MGS3, NFSU2 and now my PC's gfx card is running properly (had some probs with the new one up until now) I'll be going back to Doom 3 again as it runs really well now. All this 3D gaming is giving me a massive urge to play some 2D goodness though, not played enough Neo stuff lately!
