Yes, that's the move. The grave digger loop is essential to every testament player. When someone gets hit into a wall with that move they bounce and can be comboed for extended periods of time. A nice loop that does half the life bar on average characters is s,s,hs,grave digger,s,hs,grave digger,s,zeinest(blood net), grave digger,low phantom soul. For even more damage, try to start this combo by countering an opponent's move with warrant then frc it into the combo. With the added damage from the poison the pain inflicted for 25% tension is insane.
