ummm .... sorry but i still don't have those abilities 
is there a way which u can tell me after what abilities i can acquire protect & shell?
I am up to the lady summoner who verses yuna with 1 aoen ifrit. Then u go down that road and theres a chocobo. After a few more minutes there is an al-bhed inn and u rest in there and save the game
