PS2 for me... and I also own a Gamecube and an Xbox so I am in no way biased. To tell the truth, out of the three I share my time between them as follows: PS2: 75% Xbox: 20% Cube: 5% Seriously, I barely touch the cube as there aren't many games that I want to play on it. I use the Xbox a little for some of the other cool stuff you can do with it (emus etc) and I play a few games from time to time like Halo, but I only ever played Gamecube constantly when I got PSO for it and had the broadband adaptor. There's a couple of games I still want for it but they can wait. PS2 is where it's at for me when it comes to next gen stuff. It might not be the most powerful but as it is the most popular it does have the best selection of games available. I don't agree with people that say it's full of mainstream crap and try to point out stuff like the Bad Boys 2 game (or similar) and say that it's the "epitomy of the crappy games on PS2" and that Sony has "destroyed gaming". IMHO even the earlier consoles that those people consider classics have lots of shitty games (even the SNES or Neo Geo), but people tend to look back with rose coloured glasses if you ask me. The trick is to forget about the crap games or the ones you don't like and just play the good stuff. I don't see why that is so hard for many people out there... Old classics are still great though... I actually found myself spending 3 hours playing Pilotwings for the SNES the other day... classy game ;D Kaz
