2d games were've they gone?

there's always something or somebody to blame when it comes to violence like the columbine incident, but no external entities should be blamed for such an event for the PARENTS are not doing a good job raising their kid. such people always point fingers to someone or something to hide their own incompetence, that's why there are ineffective lawsuits against videogame violence. hello? what's the content rating for? (like if a game features mild violence, it's labeled "Teen" and ultraviolence are labeled "Mature". forgot the name of what these ratings are called).

it's protected by any First Amendment of constitutional law for crying out loud! what are they against the constitution anyways?
