Is there anyway to change video format settings in DScaler 4.1.9?
Ive been having to use Dscaler 3.1.0 to play games on my DC through my TV Card because the latest DScaler seems to keep the video format to NTSC and doesnt let me change it.
I live in the UK so I have to use Pal to play European games and Pal60Hz to play Japanese imported games in colour.
