In terms of fun I gottasay Tekken - admittedly it's not the most technical fighter around, but if you have a bunch of friends together who don't have hours and hours to practice a game and just want to jump straight into a game, then I'd say Tekken Tag is one of the best games to put on.
And although I didn't vote for it, MKDA is at worst still a fun game imho
