As far as I know, this is the one that Microsoft announced as globally available by the end of the year. Sony has put a spring 2006 release on its ps3, but that's the Japanese release. If the psp story is anything to go by that's an autumn 2006 release for the ps3 in Europe. Granted, the ps3 does look like it will pack the biggest punch.

About DOA 4, it looks good but not much better then DOA 3. It doesn't matter to me cause i'm not all about the graphics but when Tekken 6 comes out it will be nice to play a 3d fighter that is the master of gameplay and visuals 
The DOA4 trailer showed footage of a 15% complete game. My guess is it was first developed for Xbox, but then moved to the 360 as that system needed games. It will be interesting to see how it evolves as the true power of the 360 comes kicking in. According to the folks at G4tv, the video shown was running off a G5 Mac with 2 graphics chips, whereas the 360 will have 3 custom chips. Plenty of room for improvement there.
