Kazaa is possibly the worst piece of software to use for stuff like that (imho its only useful for music videos and stuff like that), so I really suggest you don't try that UT2004, and if you do, then make sure you use a virus checker.
Even if it works, you won't be able to play online, so my advice is to just buy it
