a lot of the neogeo roms were redumped just before the release of kawaks 1.49 so some sites still have the old roms which is causing the scrambled effect in .49.if you download kawaks 1.45,46,47 or 48 then these roms will work ok....some have the smallest of glitches but a lot of them aren't really very noticeable.
the set 2 thing is where there is more than one dump of a game but some of the roms are the same so there is just the different roms in the zip file.
