The are emus that emulate them properly (Mame for one), but I'm not sure how well they run on the Xbox as on the PC you need a faster machine to get them to run properly.
I used to use Final Burn, Mame-X, Kawa-X and a number of other emus on my Xbox, but it is broken at the moment so I haven't kept up with the scene in a long time. I don't use the emulators much anyway as I prefer to play on the real console if I can.
