After many hours searching the net i managed to find the only surviving windows version of Mugen available from a japanese site.
Unfortunately part of the readme is in Japanese and the code to add characters doesn't work.
I have also noticed that the official mugen site has been down for quite some time.
I was wondering if anyone here uses mugen and could naybe give me some help on how to use it.
I would also like to know what I should use to make my own sprites as im planning on making a beat em up featuring people I know, most people will proably say photoshop but is there any specialist software that can help with 2d sprite design.
And maybe a english config file would help ;D
