I'm not sure if that's the newest version, but it seems to be the one most people use. Just FYI, the reason these games are not included in the standard version of Kawaks is because there is an unwritten rule that most emu authors go by, where they won't officially support any game that is newer than 1-2 years or so. This is mainly because they don't want to possibly harm sales of the arcade or home versions of the carts, and don't want to run the risk of getting into trouble with SNK. This is why you need the loader... that is a tool that people come up with that (sort of) hacks the emu and adds the extra games in so that you can play them.
We don't tend to get caught up the argument of whether or not you should or shouldnt be playing these games on emulators as it's pointless to do so (and a lot of us do own the actual console anyway)... so feel free to ask any questions you want; the same goes for all new members here, I know there are a few
... provided those questions don't concern where to download games etc... other than that, it's all good pretty much and we all try to help each other if we can
