Netplay

depending on what emu your using...if its kawaks just run kawaks,go to file,then start netplay....you'll then see a list of servers.....when the servers list has loaded up join a hub with other users in it...see who is playing what games...if you don't want to play with them create your own game and wait for someone to join.
you'll see a thing called ping.....this is the speed/time taken to connect to the hub...the lower the number the better/faster the connection.
