It was my first rom that wasn't officially supported by an emu.
Took me about a week to find. This was also how I learned of filemirrors.

I am still looking for the Radiant Silvergun ST-V rom.
It was put up on emuchina a long time ago for a brief time. I even have an emu that claims to support it.
