Need to be a bit more specific - what happens when you try to run it, what error do you get, and what game is it you are trying to run.
One thing I can say is that with Kawaks the bios file doesn't need to be put into the zip file for each game, it should be in a zip called "neogeo.zip" and put in the roms dir. Take a look at the Kawaks guide on the site for more info... it's a little outdated but most of the info there should help you!
