Hey ya'll can you help me out?

I got this "kawak" emulator, and it can play capcom and neogeo game, the only problem is, I can't get the neogeo games to work, I even got the neogeo.zip file, as suggested from varies sites, and put it in my emulator rom file, but the neo games still don't work.
Can somebody help me?
