yeah i did try messing with those graphic settings (if you mean those that you input in the beginning during the Capcom logo, like interlacing etc.) But i really can't notice the difference, i think never i inputed them right. 
I have seen the arcade version though, and hot daamn, so beautiful and clear...wow, just like the SVC version. I guess it has to do with the fact that the games were done with the resolution matching the system's resolution.
