Well, the PC monitor has a higher resolution, so if you wanna see reall arcade res, it will be small, but if you wanna "simulate" the arcade look, try this (im reffering to a windowed screen, if you want full screen, try 640x480 reso):
Kawaks
Video > Select Video Blitter... > Software 2x > Plain or Scanlines 50%
Nebula
Video > Window/Fullscreen > No Stretch & keep Aspect checked > Image enhancement > Unfilterd Scanlines 50% or 2x Zoom
