it seems that someone is having a go at adding kaillera to a new version of mame....can't post a link because it's not an official version but if you go over to the kaillera website forums you should be ok 
.kaillera seems to be having a few probs at the moment so i haven't tested it yet...when i do i'll post some thoughts.did notice when setting it up that the x-arcade support had been removed 
...though that can be set up in the tab options.all the new snkp games are supported too...though a few roms will need to be renamed...just run an audit to find the correct ones.
