KoF 2003 PLUS (Hero Version)

I haven't seen it anywhere. Its only a boss edition like svc plus though, there are already cheats to play as the bosses in mame in kawaks anyways.

I'd just like to get kof2003b going in nebula If nebula wasn't so unpopular.... Goddamn sucky computer owning people!!!
