It is not official. And it is not winmugen.
This is interesting however. It is a hack of the normal dosmugen, which fixes some stuff, but breaks others.
BTW: the hack is a dos program still
Good:
Mugen runs ultra smooth
Can run in a window now
Sound works perfectly!
Bad:
Doesn't appear to support certain types of palettes (character is silhoutte sometimes)
can only have 2 characters in your game (others won't show up in the select screen)
Crashes if you choose anything other than Arcade, VS Watch, Options, Exit. (no team stuff)
