Ah, the can't change video mode error. Thats easily fixable if you want.
MugenKOFZ is the -huge- game the guy made with every KOF character from 94-02 in it (even has edited KOF 2k2 Rugal) I believe it was this guys first game. Though let me warn you.
It takes forever to load. I've got a very good computer, and some of the loading times are over 2 minutes. This is unecceptable to me.
Also, this guy used to have his site hosted at what is called a char. warehouse (website with lots of characters on it) it was strictly a KOF mugen warehouse, and in order to make this game, he simply took all the characters from the warehouse and threw them into the game. This would be nice if the characters had been good quality, but as it is, there are many shortfalls in this game as well. For example: one button supermoves in some characters, no running in some characters, well actually, I'll let you experience it for yourself.
To fix your video error: open the file mugen.cfg (in the data directory, drag it onto notepad) and scroll to the section that looks like this.
