Ironically enough, you can get it at the same address that your pictures came from. Although, I notice your pictures are not working. I went to this site, and noticed it is offline.
It was working three days ago, when I noticed this guy had finished uploading the complete archive (8/11 files had been up for awhile, but finally the rest came on)
I downloaded it three days ago, because it looked interesting, BUT do not be fooled, for the person who arranged it did not use any structure. 70 percent of the characters play like crud, many with special edited crud moves. And the arranger did not do anything to help make the game play better, IE: giving all characters same controls, re-vamping the sound so we could hear it/no static crackle. Or, deleting strikers/stupid edited sprites, dumb palletes.
At the end of the day, it is not really worth it, and if the site comes back up, don't be suckered into downloading his other KOF game that has all the characters in it either, because it has an even higher number of crud characters, which is just unexcusable since MUGEN has good versions of these characters too.
Another interesting thing, is that his version of KOF2000 (its a mugen remake of KOF2000 -same characters, same stages etc. with a few bonuses) is much much better than his other creations. IE: the characters are decent enough with some real good ones, and the stages are fine. Sound quality is still lacking though, since DOSMUGEN sound is generally poor.
BTW: it is a large download IE: more than 290 MB I think, and after extraction, it takes up a nice ~500 or so MB.
