on the win2000 it's just a Pentium II, which i guess doesn't have a decent graphics card and has the old Pentium II specs
the windows NE on Pentium III was like 2 years ago, have to ask my friend about the system specs on it (though his own system is overloaded with PC games! even a PSone emu!).
not yet really sure on their exact specs but i'll post em once i get to know them
