You gotta pay to be able to download the rom and emu?
My advise is not to go for that. It´s one of those piss ass sites that take advantage of the emulationscene for their own profite.
There´s more ways to obtain the game, just be sure not to ask for it in the emulator.
PM a member that might help you or look around in google or one of the emulation sites that are listed in one of the stickies here concerning general emulationhelp.
My guess by the way is that kawaks 1.46 will be included in that package you can "buy"
