Games locked....that appears in the newer games that still aren't official added to the list of playable games.
Such as KOF 2002, Metal slug 4 and 5, Rage of the dragon and matrimelee.
The way to play them is by getting an older version of Nebula, up till 2.20 should do.
Then get a nebula loader (find it by looking in google or another emulationforum that does allow those links).
With these they should work, instead of clicking your nebula exe to play the games, play them thru your loader exe.
