Greetings to everyone, as you can see I'm brand spanking new here 
I've been reading thru the forums and still couldn't track down an answer to the error/problem I'm having with the new Nebula 2.23d or something i believe it is. Anywas it's probably a n00b question for a setting I have unchecked but when I first install the emu I can run games no problem, then for some reason after I exit and restart the program I am unable to run/open any of the roms that worked fine before. I get the "This Game Is Locked" msg that appears.
Does anyone know a way around this?
Oh, I am using Win XP Pro SP1 if that helps.
