All members please vote - General emu section?

i've actually changed my mind...i did vote no...but seeing that new neogeo rom releases will be pretty non exsistent when snkp switch to atomiswave there won't be so many neogeo emu probs(maybe!)..i use mame a lot and thats one of the emu's people have the most problems with(and it supports neogeo emulation) so it would seem relevant to make this a general arcade emulation forum.
