The other scenes do have rombeggers to be honest... you could end up with people asking for GBA roms, CPS2 etc etc. I'm still not 100% sure if this is a good idea yet, but we'll give it a little longer and I'll think more about it 
One other thing though - we'd have to make yet another forum section to put the two emulation sections into, and leave the standard neo section on its own. This means splitting things up even more, and I dunno if that is a good idea as it might make things more confusing...
